The ReNew You Challenge kicks off September 14 and helps you focus your efforts around 8 weeks this fall. We are here to support you towards reaching your goals. With main focus areas in fitness, nutrition, mobility, sleep, and mental well-being, we have made an app just for you that will prompt you to check in daily and record your progress.
Need some motivation? Taking progress pictures is an effective way to show you how far you've come, and the impact your healthy changes have made. Make sure to take a "Before" photo and at the end of the 8- week challenge, we will ask for submissions of your "After" photo. Submissions will be considered to win a trip to Wodapalooza and $10,000 in cash prizes.
But we're not in this alone. We have partners coming alongside to provide advice and guidance in the form of fitness programming, healthy recipes, nutrition plans, mobility sessions, and more. Our partners want you to succeed and we hope that this challenge will be the beginning of a new you.
